National Fried Chicken Day
July 6, 2017

Educate yourself on the foodborne organisms associated with raw chicken, namely: Salmonella Enteritidis, Staphylococcus aureus, Campylobacter jejuni, Listeria monocytogenes, and Escherichia coli. Visit a local fried chicken restaurant to enlighten its patrons, using graphic detail and pantomime in depicting the side effects of each pathogen. Everyone will be grateful for your helpfulness and consideration, but do not shake their hands. They’re filthy. Everything is filthy. Germs are everywhere. It’s too late. They’re already in you. You might as well help yourself to some fried chicken.
